Miriam has a strong background in managing complex communications programs in many areas, including technology, food and finance. She helps many national and international companies increase their presence in Quebec and manage their reputation in the market.
She develops integrated communication plans and provides strategic communications and marketing advice to companies and major brands. She has also contributed to the corporate communication of several companies, supported multinationals in the development and enhancement of their corporate social responsibility programs, and collaborated on a series of brand positioning review exercises.
Miriam has trained more than 100 spokespeople and completed more than 500 media relations campaigns. She also oversees several teams of community managers and masters the implementation of effective digital strategies.
In addition to her client account management, Miriam is co-manager of the agency and in this role, she is responsible for business development, day-to-day management of the agency, management of the performance of the agency’s staff, recruitment and training of new employees as well as coaching and mentoring.
A graduate of the Université de Montréal where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science, she was also recognized twelve times provincially and nationally by her peers for public relations projects. She received her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2014 and her APR maintenance in 2018. She was named Top 40 Under 40 from PR in Canada in 2018. She is currently completing a microprogram in Business Management at HEC Montréal.
