Lucie-Anne Fabien, CMMI, ARP, FSCRP, has over 30 years’ experience in communications, marketing, public relations, training, coaching, and business development. Over the course of her career, she has worked on the agency side during six years, where she implemented some hundred or so mandates in several economic sectors, including the municipal sector.
Lucie-Anne has held senior positions at the City of Montréal for eleven years and led the communications department of Laval Technopole for ten years. At the same time, Lucie-Anne has been teaching at the university level for over sixteen years, including fourteen years at the Université du Québec à Montréal – for the Executive MBA program.
Her areas of expertise include training and coaching, strategic planning, issue management, building and implementing PR and marketing campaigns, and developing tools to measure communication effectiveness. Lucie-Anne also brings her mindfulness expertise to leaders through the development of several tailor-made support programs for their organizations.
Lucie-Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal. In 1994, she received her Public Relations Accreditation (APR) from the Canadian Public Relations Society. In 2014, the Société québécoise des professionnels en relations publiques granted her an Award of excellence for the rebranding/relaunch of the Accès Montréal card. Lucie-Anne was inducted into the prestigious College of Fellows of the Canadian Public Relations Society (FCPRS) in 2008. She completed a rigorous two-month training program in Arizona and received the McLean Meditation Institute’s Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Instructor (CMMI) designation.
